Our Corporate
Heritage
Our parent company, Seremban Engineering Berhad (SEB), was established in 1979 and is involved in engineering services, fabrication, and plant installation works across various industries, including petrochemical, oil & gas, food processing, and general manufacturing sectors.
SEB operates as part of a broader corporate group structure. Its major shareholder is MIE Industrial Sdn Bhd, an Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) contractor in Malaysia. MIE Industrial undertakes infrastructure and industrial projects across sectors such as oil & gas, power, petrochemical, and general industries, as well as steel fabrication and cable manufacturing.
This strong group foundation gives MIE Material Resources a significant advantage — blending deep engineering know-how with strategic operational support from our group companies.
